1. Engaging in the UPG Sustainability Leadership Program comes at no cost for chosen candidates. All 500 individuals accepted will access complimentary online training and receive certification as UPG Sustainability Leaders upon course completion.

2. Selected participants for the one-week immersive trip will have all program expenses covered, encompassing training materials, lodging, daily sustenance, local transportation, and international flights (round trip from the participant's hometown to the US).

• Individuals passionate about specific areas (e.g., jobs, education, oceans) are welcome, without the necessity to exhibit passion across all areas.
• Both those who have previously engaged in sustainability actions and those who haven't are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants from all global regions are eligible.
• Eligibility spans individuals aged 18 to 35 between March 1st and July 31st, 2024.
• Diversity in educational backgrounds is welcomed.
• Applicants demonstrating strong motivation to become UPG Sustainability Leaders are sought after.
• Those willing and capable of taking action towards sustainability are encouraged to apply.
