Fully funded to Romania : Check out the Romania Scholarships for International Students for the Academic Year of 2024/25

Undergraduate and graduate students can apply for the Romanian Government Scholarship starting in the 2024–2025 school year. International students may apply if they have received a good score of at least 7 (seven) on the Romanian scoring system, or a "Good" score.

The Romanian government's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) grants scholarships to non-EU students so they can complete their undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral studies in Romania each year. All fields are open to the applicants to select from, with the exception of medicine, pharmacy, and dental medicine.

Ph.D. candidates may choose an English language study programme, however candidates for bachelor's and master's degree programmes may only choose courses offered in Romanian. Candidates stand to gain from a year-long preparatory Romanian course.

Copies of the applicant's birth certificate, curriculum vitae, passport, diplomas from schools, and letter of intent are required. Without a diploma, applicants must provide documentation of their passing baccalaureate, bachelor's, or master's exams, as well as a transcript, certificate from the Romanian Language Preparatory Year, and a parental consent statement. By the start of the course, a copy of the parental consent declaration is needed for students who are under 18.

The application period begins on January 16, with a deadline set for March 16, 2024, and the results are scheduled to be announced by email on July 15, 2024.
