The 2024 MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy Program is now accepting applications. MTFza offers a 12-month industry readiness program for emerging TV and film talent in Africa, providing hands-on experience in various skills. Eligible candidates, particularly South African citizens with a relevant diploma/degree within the last 2 years, can apply by submitting documents like CV, motivation letter, ID, academic transcripts, banking details, and proof of address. The program spans three regions and 13 countries, with academies in Kenya, Nigeria, and Zambia. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and hone their skills.
