The Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) is implemented in part by the Project Officer-Host Liaison. Your work as the Project Officer-Host Liaison is based on three main pillars: arranging and carrying out seven regional code signs; organizing collaborations between the hosts of the DDI-supported resourcing mechanisms for local partners; and assisting the hosts in the creation and refinement of these mechanisms.

As a burgeoning worldwide coalition comprising more than 15,000 members across 188 nations, we collaborate to track down infringements on fundamental liberties, expose those who do so, and bolster the ability of the populace to mobilize through the facilitation of a more transparent, efficient, and inventive civil society. Our goal is to elevate marginalized voices, particularly those from the Global South.

Eligibility Criteria

A postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or International Relations is required, as well as excellent communication skills in English, five years of relevant work experience, a strong grasp of digital technology, technical proficiency, grant management experience, the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners in the civil society, knowledge of resourcing, capacity strengthening, and remote work abilities.
