The 2025 Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Programme is now accepting applications. Training leaders who will have health equality as their attitude and health disparities reduction as their specific skill set is the goal of the Atlantic Fellows for Health equality (AFHE) programme.
Five weekly in-person meetings and an online course taught by AFHE programme professors make up this one-year fellowship. Twelve to sixteen hours a month of self-directed learning are necessary, which includes programme texts, videos, and assignments. Attendance and involvement in both in-person and online coursework are necessary for successful completion. Fellows have to be working in the health field and in the early to mid stages of their careers.
From February to May 2025, Semester 1 entails online learning, followed by a Mid-Year Convening in June, Semester 2 continues from July to October 2025 with online learning, and November 2025 concludes with the Final Convening.
