The Africa Adaptation Initiative (AAI) Young Professional Programme on Climate Finance, funded by USAID and hosted by Sustainable Solutions for Africa (SSA) in Lome, is now launched.

This initiative aims to engage graduates, postgraduates, and early-career professionals from all African countries in climate finance. AAI, established at COP 21, focuses on climate change adaptation in Africa, operating as the African Union’s primary vehicle for this purpose.

The program offers practical experience and exposure to climate finance projects, aiming to enhance participants' capacity to contribute to climate adaptation efforts in Africa.
