Asia Europe Foundation (ASEF) Young Leaders Summits are returning. For the ASEF Young Leaders Summit in 2024, applications are now available. Either in Beijing & Hangzhou, China from August 10–18, 2024, or in Budapest, Hungary from October 6–12, 2024, 80 young leaders from Asia and Europe will be invited to participate in the fully financed Youth Summit. I'll give you a quick rundown of the ASEF Young Leaders Conference. Focused on "Leadership in Society 5.0," the ASEFYLS is a young leadership programme.

Young people from Asia and Europe gather on this special platform to talk about leadership, create leadership activities, and have the chance to study, work together, and put theory into practice. The programme is divided into three phases: the action phase, in-person training, and knowledge building. Every expense will be paid for. The IELTS is not necessary.

With a three-phase curriculum that focuses on Leadership and Society 5.0, ASEFYLS aims to put theory into practice through online instruction, in-person summits in Beijing, Hangzhou, and Budapest, as well as local community events.

ASEF Foundation will cover all costs for selected participants, including registration, participation, accommodation, meals, travel tickets, and visa support letter.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications from young people (18 to 30 years old) from Asian and European nations are accepted, regardless of academic background or discipline.
