Fully Funded to Greece : Check out the Greenovation 4.2 | ESC Volunteering project
This is a great chance for you to join the 7-week ESC Volunteering project "Greenovation 4.0" in Argolida, Greece, if you're a young person interested in sustainability and want to work on an exciting project with 15 other volunteers from throughout Europe. This volunteer initiative is sponsored by "Hopeland" and supported by the European Union's European Solidarity Corps programme.
Hopeland educational eco-community is in a calm place in southern Greece. It has been lovingly constructed by environmentally conscious individuals utilising natural materials like stone and wood for the past twelve years. Establishing a location where people may learn from nature and one another is the aim. They want to ensure that everything they do benefits the environment and gives people a sense of hope and serenity. They offer unique programmes where people may learn about themselves, meet new people, and support the environment, such as Erasmus+ and ESC. They hope that educators, farmers in the area, and youth would join them in their efforts to create a more cooperative, compassionate, and sustainable world.
Concerning the project
There are two primary components to the Greenovation Volunteering Teams concept. Creating a compassionate eco-community with volunteers makes up half of the work. The remaining half is devoted to four key areas of assistance for Hopeland and the surrounding community: maintenance, events, community outreach, and long-term effects.
You will be a part of a thriving eco community comprised of Hopeland's long-term volunteers and permanent inhabitants by signing up for this team's volunteer programme. Accountability, sustainability, and synergy are the cornerstones of our strategy, which aims to provide a safe and loving environment for everyone.
The application deadline is June 26, 2024, with the program starting on June 27, ending on August 14, and leaving on August 15. Extra days for travel in Greece are allowed.
