Applications are open for the 12th Cohort of the iLEAD Fellowship Program
Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa (ELF-Africa) is calling on aspiring leaders aged 18 to 35 from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi, the Republic of Somalia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo to apply for the 12th Cohort of the iLEAD Fellowship—an initiative designed for individuals committed to tackling issues aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The iLEAD Fellowship is a dynamic leadership and mentorship experience grounded in ELF-Africa’s values-based leadership model. The program fosters personal growth, civic responsibility, and practical readiness for the professional world. Using a three-part model—training, mentorship, and coaching—participants gain the essential tools, networks, and support systems to unleash their potential, spark positive change, and grow both personally and within their communities.
Fellows are selected through a competitive three-phase selection process, identifying candidates who demonstrate alignment with the organization’s mission to foster transformation across the social, economic, and political spheres.
Program Format:
The fellowship is entirely virtual, with thematic sessions held every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM EAT, running from July to November 2025.
Participants will be required to complete assignments between sessions. Access to a reliable device and stable internet connectivity is compulsory for all selected fellows.
Don't miss out on the application deadline from 2nd to 30th June 2025.
