Apply for the European Union Youth Sounding Board Kenya 2026 Second Cohort

The European Union Delegation to Kenya is inviting applications from young Kenyans for the second cohort of the EU Youth Sounding Board (YSB). The initiative brings together 15 young people from across Kenya who will advise the EU Delegation on youth participation, empowerment and engagement while contributing to dialogue between young people, civil society and the European Union.

Through the programme, participants will have an opportunity to contribute their perspectives to EU programming and policy discussions, promote meaningful youth participation, and help ensure that EU–Kenya cooperation reflects the priorities and aspirations of young people.

The initiative aims to strengthen structured dialogue between Kenyan civil society, local authorities and the EU, build the capacity of civil society actors including youth and women’s rights organizations, and improve information sharing and collaboration around EU–Kenya development priorities.
