Every year, 30 international Delegates are carefully chosen and linked with the tools, support, and networks needed to amplify their efforts in promoting gender equity, advocacy, and social impact projects. By uniting these young change leaders through leadership development, advocacy training, policy engagement, and community building, the Global Summit program readies Delegates to advance gender equity and social impact within their communities.

Delegates will also get the chance to create a Social Impact initiative that sparks positive change in their communities, with Fora's support through a tailored social entrepreneurship curriculum and mentorship.

Past Global Summit Delegates have made impressive strides, from establishing local non-profits and community initiatives to advocating at the United Nations and other global platforms for policy improvements.
