The Obama Foundation Leaders program seeks to inspire, empower, and connect cohorts of changemakers worldwide, aged 24-45, fostering communities rooted in shared values.

Launched in Africa (2018), Asia Pacific (2019), Europe (2020), and most recently in the United States, the program spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, addressing diverse social impact issues.

Participants undergo skill-building, leadership coaching, critical issue discussions, and small group support, defining a values-based foundation for sustained leadership. Completion leads to a deeper understanding of values-based leadership, motivation for further action, and membership in the global Obama Leadership Network.
