Applications are now open for the 2025 Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries Program, an initiative designed to empower emerging women leaders who are redefining leadership in their communities. This program is a collaboration between Vital Voices and the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), which serves as Estée Lauder’s charitable fund. Its primary goal is to equip the next generation of women leaders with the skills, resources, and networks needed to drive meaningful social change.

This program is committed to supporting innovative women across various industries and sectors by providing access to leadership training and essential professional networks. Through this initiative, Vital Voices and Estée Lauder aim to foster a global community of visionary women who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their respective fields.

To be considered for the program, applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application and identify as women. They should either be leading a social impact initiative, business, or organization, playing a key role in decision-making within such an entity, or have a well-defined plan to establish an initiative with a strong social purpose. Since the program is conducted in English, applicants must also demonstrate proficiency in the language.

Participants will engage in a seven-week virtual leadership development journey, where they will enhance their soft skills and gain valuable insights from Estée Lauder executives and leaders within the Vital Voices network. Upon successful completion of the program, they will receive a certificate of completion and gain exclusive access to the broader Vital Voices global network, which connects more than 47,000 women leaders worldwide. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to apply for an annual in-person summit that offers deeper training and further investment in their leadership growth.

The program will be offered in three cohorts, with 50 women in each. All participants will take part in the immersive virtual experience, structured around Vital Voices’ proven leadership model. Those who excel in the program may be selected for an in-person gathering, where they will receive further mentorship, training, and investment in their leadership journey.

Commitment to the program involves attending the seven-week virtual sessions, which require approximately 2 to 4 hours per week of live instruction and assignments. To remain in good standing, participants must attend at least five out of the seven scheduled sessions, which typically take place on weekday mornings (Eastern Time). In addition to completing the program, participants are expected to provide progress updates to Vital Voices, take part in follow-up surveys for up to a year after the program, and share their success stories to inspire future cohorts.

Since the VV Visionaries Program is fully virtual, applicants must have access to a computer or smartphone with a camera and a stable internet connection to actively participate in all program activities.
