If you have a passion for TV and film production, Multichoice Talent Factory (MTF) is seeking applicants like you! Embark on a fully-sponsored 12-month film production training program through MTF. This exceptional opportunity requires full-time enrollment at one of their academies in Zambia (Southern Africa applicants), Kenya (East African applicants) , or Nigeria (West African applicants).
Eligibility criteria:
- Age: 18-26
- Qualification: Either hold a qualification from a registered post-secondary education institution or possess relevant experience in the film industry
- Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Citizenship: Citizens of Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
- Passion: Demonstrate a strong passion for the TV and Film industry
To be considered for the MTF Academy, applicants must fulfill the above criteria and also meet the following:
- Have completed a relevant qualification from an accredited tertiary education institution
- Have relevant experience in the drama, film, television, or related media and entertainment industry (applicants without a tertiary qualification)

demonstrate passion for the drama, film, television and entertainment industry during selection interviews; and
have completed a relevant qualification from an accredited and/or recognised tertiary education institution
