 2.⁠ ⁠Academic Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, ecology, agriculture, forestry).
 3.⁠ ⁠Work Experience: Have at least 2 years of work experience in land restoration, sustainable land management, or a related field.
