The Bluvard Education Initiative offers the Leader of Leaders Africa fellowship, a virtual leadership accelerator boot camp tailored for young aspiring leaders, activists, and impact entrepreneurs across Africa. The fellowship provides a 6-week leadership development training program, utilizing the SkillEd platform's leadership course. International coaches and mentors will facilitate the training sessions.
The primary aim of this initiative is to equip young changemakers with leadership skills that are relevant to their specific contexts, nurturing a new generation of global leaders in grassroots communities across Africa. The program is designed to create a sustainable and lasting impact on the youth in various African communities.
