Applications are open for the 2026 Gratitude Network Fellowship, welcoming visionary nonprofit leaders who are driving meaningful change in the lives of children and young people across the globe. Around 30 leaders are selected each year for this highly competitive opportunity, which offers a transformative 13-month experience focused on leadership growth, organizational strengthening, and long-term impact.

Selected Fellows take part in a program modeled after world-class executive development, gaining access to personalized leadership coaching, strategic guidance, and a strong global community of peers. Throughout the Fellowship, leaders sharpen their decision-making, build systems that support organizational scaling, and gain practical tools to expand and sustain their work. The aim is to help both the leader and their organization reach a new level of effectiveness and influence.

Part 1 applications are considered on a rolling basis until February 6, 2026, giving interested leaders ample time to submit their materials early. To be eligible, applicants must hold senior strategic responsibility within their organization, work full-time in their role, be committed to guiding their team through a scaling journey, and demonstrate openness to coaching. Strong proficiency in English and availability for the program’s time requirements are essential.

Organizations must also fulfill specific criteria. They should be legally registered as a nonprofit, NGO, or charity, have operated for at least two years, and maintain a team equivalent to at least two full-time staff members. Their annual operating budget must fall between USD 50,000 and USD 3 million. Most importantly, their core beneficiaries must be children or youth, served within the areas of education, health and well-being, or children’s rights. Only organizations ready to expand their reach and deepen their influence will be considered.
