This internship provides hands-on exposure to resource mobilization processes that support global anti-corruption programmes and institutional initiatives. Key Responsibilities
The intern will contribute to a variety of activities, including:
- Researching and analysing global donor trends while maintaining an organised database of prospective funding partners
- Identifying funding opportunities, proposal calls, and strategic engagement pathways
- Supporting the preparation of concept notes, project proposals, expressions of interest, and background documentation
- Assisting in coordinating donor meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing follow-up communications
- Developing communication resources such as presentations, briefing notes, and information sheets tailored to partners
- Tracking grant applications and funding pipelines while supporting internal monitoring systems
- Assisting with project monitoring and evaluation, including narrative and financial reporting processes
- Collaborating across departments including research, academic programmes, training, and legal units
- Contributing ideas for new partnerships, innovative financing approaches, and emerging donor engagement strategies
