Check out this Oxford Orjiako Graduate Scholarship 2024 for international students

Applications are now being accepted for the Oxford-Orjiako Graduate Scholarship 2024, generously sponsored by Dr. Bryant Orjiako. This scholarship aligns with Oxford University's commitment to creating meaningful opportunities across Africa. Thanks to this generous donation, a new fully endowed African MBA scholarship will be established, offering support to students from all over the African continent who are pursuing their MBA at Saïd Business School, the business school of the University of Oxford.

Saïd Business School, often referred to as Oxford Saïd or SBS, is the University of Oxford's renowned business school. It was renamed Saïd Business School in 1996 following a bequest by Wafic Saïd. The school is known for providing top-tier management education and is consistently recognized as one of the world's leading business schools.

Oxford's MBA programs are particularly notable for their focus on entrepreneurship, with a notable 9% of MBA graduates initiating their own businesses immediately after completing their degrees. In 2020 and 2021, Oxford Said was ranked 20th globally and 14th for female founders in PitchBook's list of MBA programs for entrepreneurs. In PitchBook's 2022 rating, Oxford was ranked 8th globally for graduates and MBAs who have founded venture-backed companies, with 1,083 founders establishing 905 companies and raising $34 billion in funding.

Saïd Business School serves as the University of Oxford's department for graduate students in business, management, and finance.

This scholarship opportunity is limited to one recipient and is awarded based on academic excellence demonstrated through GMAT or GRE scores, academic results, previous university honors, and other academic achievements. Applicants should also provide evidence of their contributions to Africa's development and a commitment to continuing this in the future.

Candidates who apply for the scholarship by the specified date may also be considered if they meet the final MBA application deadline on May 17, 2024. It is advisable to submit your application as early as possible.
