The Climate Mobility Community Action Networks (CMCAN) is inviting applications for multiple leadership roles in our 2025-2026 season.

Since our inception, CMCAN has been working with a diverse team of over 50 volunteers from around the world to address the widespread effects of climate mobility and displacement. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on global climate resilience and displacement solutions.

Available Roles:

We are hiring for several positions across different departments, including:

• Research
• Policy
• Communications
• Advocacy
• Partnerships
• Grants & Fundraising
• Events & Programs
• Operations
• Human Resources (HR)
• Training & Capacity Building

Each department will have a Manager, Co-Lead, and Assistant positions available.

• Managers oversee and support their departments.
• Co-Leads assist Managers and provide support to Assistants.
• Assistants contribute to tasks and collaborate with their team under the guidance of Managers and Co-Leads.
