Program Benefits

Selected fellows receive a stipend of USD $500. They will participate in virtual Socratic discussions with Harrison Middleton University faculty and other fellows, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives on classical ideas. Fellows will also have opportunities to publish their writing in HMU’s official blog and newsletter, HMU: Dialogues. At the conclusion of the fellowship, each participant receives a collection of Great Books Foundation publications. This fellowship provides both intellectual enrichment and global networking within the humanities community.

Eligibility Criteria

The fellowship is open to individuals who have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline. Applicants must demonstrate a deep interest in the humanities, excellent reading and writing skills, and a commitment to reflective, philosophical inquiry. Participants are required to complete two blog posts and one book review during the program. The fellowship is conducted entirely online, allowing participation from anywhere in the world.
