- Scholarships offer monthly funding fees for graduate and doctoral students, health, accident, and private liability insurance, and reimbursement for travel expenses, provided the home country or another party is not responsible.

- Additional benefits, under specific conditions, may include a monthly rental subsidy and monthly surcharges for accompanying family members.
Eligibility Criteria
- Scholarships are awarded to individuals employed in a developing country, focusing on development policies, who have completed a four-year Bachelor's degree program, have at least two years of relevant professional experience, and have academic credentials no older than six years.

- The scholarship covers a six-month German language course, requiring a successful DSH 2 or TestDaF 4 test and a minimum B1 German level certificate, and linguistic proficiency as per course rules.
