The Eisenhower Fellowships Global Program is fully funded and provides a comprehensive package that enables fellows to fully focus on their leadership journey. Participants receive international travel support, including flights to and within the United States, as well as accommodation and living expenses throughout the program.

Fellows benefit from a highly personalized professional itinerary, allowing them to meet with key experts, organizations, and institutions relevant to their project goals. The program also offers mentorship opportunities, leadership development sessions, and access to a powerful global network of past and present fellows.

Beyond the immediate fellowship experience, participants gain lifelong membership in the Eisenhower Fellowships network, opening doors to continued collaboration, funding opportunities, and global visibility for their work.

Applicants must be mid-career professionals with a demonstrated track record of leadership, innovation, and impact in their respective fields. Typically, candidates are between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship and must show strong potential for future leadership and influence.

Candidates are expected to have a clear vision for a project they intend to pursue during the fellowship, outlining how it will contribute to solving a significant challenge in their community, country, or region. Strong communication skills, a commitment to collaboration, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders are essential qualities for successful applicants.

The program is open to individuals from selected countries around the world. Applicants must either be citizens or have lived for at least five years in an eligible country. For individuals whose countries are not on the official eligibility list, a nomination from an existing member of the Eisenhower Fellowships network is required to apply.
