FULLY FUNDED: Apply for the Islamic Development Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025 for young changemakers

Applications Now Open for the 2025 IsDB Young Professionals Program (YPP)

Are you an ambitious graduate looking to launch a meaningful career in global development? The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is now inviting applications for its 2025 Young Professionals Program (YPP)—a dynamic career-entry initiative designed to shape future leaders in the field of international development.

The YPP is a two-year immersive experience that blends practical work with professional growth. Participants will gain hands-on exposure through rotational assignments at the Bank’s headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as well as across its regional hubs. Those who complete the program successfully will be offered permanent employment within the Bank, paving the way for long-term impact and leadership in development work.

As a young professional at IsDB, you’ll be integrated into a global team of change-makers working across 57 member nations and in Muslim communities around the world. From the very beginning, you will be part of real-world projects that leverage Islamic finance tools and innovative solutions to promote sustainability and economic growth. You’ll build meaningful partnerships, contribute to social progress, and witness the positive outcomes of your efforts on the ground.

This program isn’t just a job—it’s a transformative journey. It nurtures your leadership potential, strengthens your skill set, and connects you to a global network of peers dedicated to building a more equitable world.

Who Should Apply?

To be considered, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

• Be open to relocating to Jeddah and traveling as needed for project placements and regional assignments.

• Show strong alignment with the IsDB’s mission and development values.
