The "Global Universities" Association, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, is offering the Open Doors Russian Scholarship for international students. This scholarship is competitive and covers tuition fees for Master's and Ph.D. programs.

The scholarship targets prospective Master's and Ph.D. program applicants, allowing winners and runners-up to study at various Russian universities, including leading ones. It provides a 100% tuition fee discount, along with a government scholarship, at Russian universities participating in the 5-100 project, which aims to enhance their global research and education rankings. These universities boast distinguished lecturers, including 21 Nobel Prize winners, and accommodate over 360,000 students.

- Winners and runners-up can pursue their studies at Russian universities with full tuition fee coverage and a government scholarship.

Eligibility:
- The scholarship is open to all foreign citizens and compatriots residing abroad permanently.
- Participants should hold a bachelor's degree or complete the required degree program in 2022.
- Participants can apply in either Russian or English language.
