The Solidarity and Support Program for young people who want to attend COP16 in Columbia is now open!

This project advocates  for a profound structural shift beyond mere environmental protection, aiming for climate justice by addressing the underlying causes of injustice and inequality and their focus is on defending human rights, the rights of nature, and preserving ecosystems, while also promoting intergenerational fairness.

Through this solidarity and support initiative, fully funded scholarships are available to attend COP16 on Biodiversity in Cali, running from Monday, October 21, 2024, to Friday, November 1, 2024. These scholarships cover transportation, accommodation, and other related expenses. Candidates will be selected based on their commitment to ecosystem protection, potential for positive community impact, and ability to contribute meaningfully to conference discussions and activities.
