Eligibility Criteria
Here are the potential eligibility criteria for the Ashinaga Africa Initiative Scholarship:


*General Eligibility*


1. Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a designated African country (list provided by Ashinaga)
2. Age: Must be between 17 and 24 years old
3. Education: Completed secondary school education
4. Language: Proficient in English (language of instruction at partner universities)


*Academic Requirements*


1. GPA: Minimum 3.5/4.0 or equivalent
2. Academic achievement: Top 10% of graduating class
3. Standardized tests: SAT, ACT, or equivalent (scores vary by university)


*Personal Qualities*


1. Leadership potential: Demonstrated leadership experience
2. Community service: Active involvement in community service or volunteer work
