TechnoServe is currently accepting applications for our Fellows Programme. Fellows work with TechnoServe field workers, industry experts, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders on field-based projects that span three to twelve months.

Please be aware that applications for Fellow positions are reviewed on a rolling basis for our general applicant database. Qualified and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those who speak French and/or Portuguese well.

Even though no two projects are precisely the same, common Fellow duties frequently entail:

evaluating and locating market, value chain, and industry opportunities.

developing financial and commercial plans in collaboration with TechnoServe clients
enhancing TechnoServe clients' organisational capabilities and/or operations
creating creative TechnoServe concepts and projects
Assessing the influence of a programme
