FULLY FUNDED; Cycle 2 of the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships is open for applications
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) provide a special chance to study for a two-year Master's degree in a Commonwealth country that has low or middle incomes. These scholarships are for students who want to make a difference in their communities. They give you the opportunity to live in a new country, experience its culture, learn new things, and make connections with people from around the world that will last a lifetime. Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholars help make positive changes and find solutions to common problems through sharing their culture and working together on academic projects. They contribute to shaping the future of the Commonwealth. You can apply for the QECS twice a year. The first application period is in November/December, and the second is in March/April. You only need to apply once, but you can apply more than once if you want to study in a different country. What does the scholarship cover? It pays for all your tuition fees. You'll get money to cover your living costs for the whole time you have the scholarship. The scholarship also includes the cost of a plane ticket to and from the country where you'll be studying. You'll receive a one-time payment when you arrive in the host country. If you need it, you can ask for extra money to support your research, but this is subject to approval.
