The UPG Sustainability Leadership movement inspires individuals and organizations to promote positive citizen leadership in sustainability. Led by UPG Sustainability Leaders, this initiative trains over 500 leaders annually from across the globe, expanding the network of exceptional individuals who are actively working within their communities to showcase the power of citizens in creating a more sustainable world. To date, UPG Sustainability Leaders have directly trained more than 86,000 citizens worldwide, with numbers continuing to grow. They are excited to train the next group of ambassadors and advocates for positive citizen leadership in sustainability.

They aim to build a diverse group of individuals taking impactful actions to address sustainability challenges. They encourage you to show who you truly are, as they are not seeking a uniform type of person.
