In tandem with the Brazilian University Cooperation Group, this groundbreaking initiative seeks to bridge cultural divides, foster global understanding, and empower individuals to drive positive change. Aspiring scholars can submit a single online application, free of cost, to pursue up to five postgraduate programs at esteemed Brazilian institutions.

Successful applicants will receive comprehensive financial support, including tuition waivers, generous monthly stipends, and unfettered access to university resources. Furthermore, the Southern Cooperation Organisation will provide a discretionary grant of up to USD 1,500 to offset travel, visa, insurance, and personal expenses for chosen candidates from founding and member states.
