For master's and doctorate students, Nazarbayev University offers a scholarship that includes monthly compensation, financial aid, and a state-of-the-art research facility. For working as research assistants, students can get a salary; however, transport is not covered. Every year, grant numbers are approved.

Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor's or master's degree for master's and PhD programmes, as well as the results of internationally recognised English language tests (IELTS/TOEFL and GRE/GMAT), are required for qualifying for scholarships.

Application Procedure

Applications for scholarships must include an outstanding motivation letter for research, relevant work experience, two valid letters of recommendation, a lengthy CV, official transcripts and diplomas, a small photo for use on passports, and results from the IELTS/TOEFL Personal Account. These materials will give them access to program-specific resources and serve to enlighten their study matter.
