Applications are open for the Impact Hero 2025 program for Asia Pacific youth!

Earth Company selects up to ten exceptional changemakers from the Asia-Pacific region to join their year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) acceleration program. By the end of the program, one outstanding individual will be recognized as the "Impact Hero of the Year" and receive tailored support from Earth Company to further their groundbreaking work.

These Impact Heroes are visionary leaders driven by passion and determination to make a lasting impact in their communities. Through their work, they strive to achieve paradigm shifts and create new, inclusive pathways that leave no one behind, building a regenerative future. This approach diverges from merely replicating the models of today's advanced countries, which face their own social and environmental challenges.

For three years, they work closely with the Impact Heroes, providing life-changing support, including:

1. Fundraising expertise
2. Marketing guidance
3. Management consulting
4. Business development strategies
5. Leadership coaching to maximize their impact and potential as a leader

The Program also includes a one week fully funded summit in Bali!

To apply for the Impact Hero program, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Are they aligned with Earth Company's vision and values?
- Do they address pressing social and environmental challenges in the Asia-Pacific region's developing countries?
- Do they offer innovative solutions that bring meaningful impact to diverse stakeholders?
- Are they part of a social-purpose organization's leadership team?
- Are they committed to the cause in the long term?
- Can they dedicate a reasonable amount of time to work with Earth Company's support team?
- Can they communicate regularly with the Earth Company team in English via email and online calls?
