The UNFCCC will offer a Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA), if applicable, to cover expenses strictly for the official duration of the event. This allowance is intended to cover all related costs, including accommodation, meals, tips, and incidental expenses. No additional DSA will be provided for days outside the event period.

Participants are expected to have sufficient personal funds to manage their expenses before and during the event, as DSA payments may be delayed and could be disbursed as late as the final day of the event.

Event accreditation will cover the full session of the Subsidiary Bodies (SBs). Participants will be registered as “invited participants” (also known as Global Climate Action badge holders) and will be granted access to relevant non-negotiation meetings and side events.

Individuals who are selected but unable to attend will be required to submit a new application for any future ACE Hub events, as attendance cannot be deferred or carried forward.
