Applications are officially open for the 2025 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program, sponsored by the French Government.

This prestigious initiative, created by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, aims to help French universities attract top-tier international students for Master’s and PhD studies.

It focuses on training future foreign leaders in both private and public sectors, with special attention to key academic fields. The program encourages students from emerging nations to apply for Master’s level courses and welcomes applicants from both emerging and industrialized countries for PhD programs.

The 2025 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship is available for students pursuing studies in seven specific areas. These fields include science and technology disciplines such as biology and health, ecological transition, mathematics, digital technologies, and engineering. In addition, the scholarship supports those interested in social sciences and humanities, including history, French language and civilization, law, political science, economics, and management.

The scholarship offers full financial support, along with a range of additional benefits. Recipients will have the chance to network with global professionals and leaders. Master’s students will receive a monthly stipend of €1,181, while PhD students are granted €1,800 each month. The program also provides assistance with housing, covers round-trip airfare and local transportation costs, and offers comprehensive health insurance. Scholars will also have opportunities to engage in various cultural activities.
