Rondine Cittadella della Pace, an organization committed to addressing global conflicts, utilizes a unique approach to creatively resolve tensions in various contexts. Nestled in a charming medieval village in Tuscany, Italy—conveniently situated between Florence and Rome—Rondine provides an inspiring space for learning, reflection, and growth.

The program combines a one-year master’s degree at esteemed Italian institutions with specialized training in conflict transformation. This fellowship is designed to empower individuals with the skills needed to create lasting social impact within their communities.

Currently, the World House is home to 30 fellows representing diverse regions such as the Balkans, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America. Participants benefit from an immersive multicultural environment, living and working alongside a vibrant group of future leaders and changemakers.

Located in Italy, the fellowship spans 18 months and includes an array of benefits. Participants will pursue a Master’s degree at top universities in Italy, such as those in Florence or Siena, while receiving intensive training in leadership, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution. The program also emphasizes community involvement through activities both locally and internationally. Fellows will experience a rich campus life in Tuscany and receive support to design and implement a social impact project after completing the program.

Applicants should be aged 21-28 and hold a Bachelor’s degree (or be set to graduate by July 2025). Individuals with a Master’s degree are also eligible. Prior experience in community engagement, whether at a local or international level, is required. The program is open to candidates from Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the South Caucasus, and the Western Balkans.
