FULLY FUNDED TO SOUTH KOREA : Apply for the UNFCCC-GIR-CASTT Programme on GHG Inventories 2026
Applications are open for the 2026 UNFCCC–GIR–CASTT Programme on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventories, an intensive international training initiative designed to strengthen climate transparency capacity in developing countries.
The programme is jointly delivered by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Greenhouse Gas Inventory & Research Center of Korea, with support from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Food and Agriculture Organization, and the Australian Government.
Programme Overview
This fully funded training equips climate professionals with technical knowledge and practical tools required to develop and improve national greenhouse gas inventories under international transparency frameworks.
Participants will engage in hands-on learning, collaborative exercises, and country-focused presentations aimed at strengthening reporting systems aligned with global climate commitments.
