1. Nationality: Be a national of one of the target countries (Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, or Iraq).

2. Academic excellence: Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

3. Leadership potential: Demonstrate leadership skills and potential.

4. Age: Be under the age of 35.

5. English proficiency: Have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL score of 80.

6. Admission: Be admitted to a master's program at a partner university.

Application Procedure
Here is the application procedure for the Said Foundation Scholarship:
