The 2024 United Arab Emirates University Doctoral Scholarship is now accepting applications. Applications for the UAE University PhD Scholarships 2024 are open to all students, national and international, from anywhere in the world. For overseas students, the United Arab Emirates University Scholarships are completely financed.

Applicants for the UAEU Scholarships 2024 are urged to do so if they wish to study for free for a PhD at the UAE University. For the academic year 2024–2025, there is a fully financed foreign scholarship available.

Established in 1976, the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) provides competitive PhD scholarships in a range of academic subjects to international students. The majority of the costs for students studying in the UAE are paid for by these scholarships. Selection criteria are based on the qualifications and graduation location of the applicants.

With more than 16,000 students enrolled worldwide, UAEU is a distinguished university that is placed 329th in the QS World University Rankings. In order to be considered for the UAE PhD Scholarship in 2024, candidates must have a strong resume overall.

Full tuition waivers will be awarded to scholars.
A monthly stipend will be provided by the United Arab Emirates University PhD Scholarship as well.
Additionally, health insurance will be offered (if needed).
A bonus of up to AED 2,000 from the supervisor's internal research project or up to AED 3,000 from the supervisor's external research project may be awarded to scholars, if necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Applying to UAEU's PhD program requires a Master's degree with a GPA of 3.5/4.0, no work experience, and a dissertation focused on UAE priority sectors. They have to fulfil prerequisites for entrance to the institution, keep a 3.3 GPA, work full-time, and devote 40 hours a week to coursework and research projects.
