FULLY FUNDED TO UK : Check out the Chevening Clore Leadership Fellowship 2025

The Chevening Clore Leadership Fellowship is a unique collaboration between the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office and Clore Leadership. It offers mid-career professionals in the arts and culture sectors a chance to engage in a customized leadership program in the UK. This program is designed for individuals who are already established in fields like visual and performing arts, museums, libraries, archives, heritage, film, digital media, and cultural policy.

Each year, up to five international fellows, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, join a cohort of around 20 fellows from the UK and worldwide. The Clore Fellowships have been nurturing outstanding cultural leaders for over two decades.

About the Fellowship:
The Chevening Clore Leadership Fellowship is aimed at ambitious leaders who are ready to elevate their leadership skills. The program is experiential rather than instructional, rooted in contemporary leadership theories and approaches. While it has a structured format, it is highly personalized to meet the individual needs of each fellow.

The fellowship focuses on self-reflection, peer learning, and engaging with speakers. Residential sessions cover topics like authentic leadership, values, coaching, inclusive cultures, strategic planning, finance, governance, leadership practice, impact, influence, and well-being in leadership. The program offers a mix of reflective sessions, taught content, and interactive discussions, providing ample opportunities for fellows to connect with their peers and learn from their diverse experiences.

The fellowship, which has a fluid framework intended to support the growth of extraordinary cultural leaders at a critical juncture in their careers, will span from September 2025 to May 2026. You must have a strong sense of motivation and a keen curiosity because it is adaptive and self-guided.

Don't miss out on the application deadline which is 5 November 2024.
