Selected participants will gain access to high-level mentorship, leadership and business growth training, AI and innovation-focused learning opportunities, strategic communication and storytelling support, and a powerful global network of women changemakers. Fellows will strengthen their market positioning, improve stakeholder engagement, refine strategies for scaling impact, and access partnerships that can support business growth and visibility. The programme also offers peer learning, cross-sector collaboration, and access to the wider Vital Voices global network, creating long-term opportunities beyond the fellowship itself.

This opportunity is open to women entrepreneurs who hold key decision-making roles in legally registered, for-profit, purpose-driven ventures leveraging AI for impact. Applicants should be leading businesses with demonstrated traction and growth potential, and their ventures should contribute toward solving social or environmental challenges linked to the Sustainable Development Goals. Eligible applicants are generally expected to have at least two years in business, show evidence of impact and scalability, and demonstrate strong commitment to leadership development, collaboration, and long-term growth. Participants should also be able to commit to engaging fully in the programme’s virtual trainings, mentorship sessions, and community activities conducted in English.
