Eligibility Criteria

The foundation stipulates that candidates must be over 35 years old, have completed at least four semesters of study at a German institution, be employed in voluntary service, and have a B1 or B2 level competence in the German language. They must also exhibit a wide educational background, uphold democratic principles, support human rights, be receptive to different viewpoints, and have well-defined life objectives.
The organisation provides financial assistance for German language classes in extreme circumstances.
