The Z Zurich Foundation is dedicated to creating brighter futures for vulnerable individuals, prioritizing prevention. Our focus spans three pillars: adapting to climate change, improving mental wellbeing, and fostering social equity. These urgent and complex issues significantly impact individuals, communities, and society as a whole.

Our efforts center on aiding disadvantaged communities in adapting to a changing climate, building a global community to enhance the mental wellbeing of young people, and providing youth with the skills and resources needed for their full potential. We believe in the power of connection and are committed to supporting impactful leaders participating in the annual One Young World Summit, the world’s most international community of young leaders.

The Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2024 aims to enable 30 young leaders engaged in prevention-focused mental wellbeing, adaptation-focused climate resilience, or projects fostering social equity through education, employability, or entrepreneurship solutions to attend the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal from 18 to 21 September.

For young leaders championing these causes, this scholarship provides access to the One Young World Indigenous Day on 17 September in Montréal, bringing together Indigenous and First Nation leaders globally. Scholars will benefit from:
- Access to the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal.
- Participation in additional scholarship programming organized by Z Zurich Foundation, including pre and post-Summit sessions and an impact-focused development day on 22 September.
- Hotel accommodation in Montréal from 17 to 23 September.
- Return air travel.
- Catering, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ground transportation between Summit venues in Montréal.
