The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support to the department to ensure effective leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves managing the Senior Manager’s calendar and communications, coordinating meetings and institutional events, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth information flow between the Office of the Senior Manager, Secretariat staff, the Council and external partners. The incumbent serves as a trusted link ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions and supports the organization’s governance processes through effective coordination with the Senior Executive Assistant to the ED, Senior Executive Assistant to Council and other Executive Assistants on the follow-up actions of the TVET Secretariat and the Council respectively.

The Senior Accreditation Officer, (Health) is responsible for coordinating and implementing accreditation processes for TVET providers and programmes within the health sector, in line with the TVET Act, 2025 and TVET Policy implementation Standards, 2019. The incumbent ensures that accredited institutions meet the prescribed standards for TVET providers in the health sector, health equipment, health trainers, and programme delivery necessary to produce competent health sector professionals.

The Partnerships Officer supports the management and follow-up of partnerships between the TVET Council, industry, employers, and training institutions, with a focus on industry attachments, internships, and apprenticeships.

The Senior Officer, Accreditation (Mechanical Engineering) is responsible for coordinating accreditation and quality assurance of Agriculture Education and Training related TVET programmes and institutions in accordance with the TVET Act, 2025. The role ensures that agriculture science related training providers meet approved national standards in programme design, instructional delivery, staffing, and infrastructure to promote quality and relevance to the labour market, in accordance with the TVET Policy Implementation Standards, 2019.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the proper financial management of the Skills Development Fund; which includes preparation of financial reports, ensuring Grant and Donor compliance with donor agreements and supporting the Executive Management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the Fund.

The Standards and Compliance Officer supports the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of approved national TVET standards under the TVET Act, 2025, and relevant policies, regulations, standards, and industry practices. The position contributes to industry-based assurance requirements by conducting routine compliance checks, supporting institutional inspections and audits, documenting findings, and assisting TVET providers with follow-up to comply with institutional, programme, trainer, facility, and assessment standards, thereby contributing to a quality-assured and labour market–responsive TVET system.

The Senior Internal Auditor (Internal Audit) conducts the execution of internal audit engagements as assigned by the Manager Internal Audit and Risk Management, providing hands-on assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes across the TVET Council, in conformance with the global internal audit standards, the PFMA, 2015, CAP 171, and the Council's Internal Audit Charter and Manual.

The Senior Officer, Accreditation (Agriculture Education and Training) is responsible for coordinating accreditation and quality assurance of Agriculture Education and Training related TVET programmes and institutions in accordance with the TVET Act, 2025. The Senior Risk Management Officer continuously strengthens enterprise risk management (ERM) across the TVET Council. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes, and for promoting a proactive risk-aware culture that advances the Council's mandate under the TVET Act 2025 and the TVET Policy Implementation Standards, 2019.

The Senior Officer, Accreditation (ICT Education and Training) is responsible for coordinating accreditation and quality assurance of Information and Communications Technology related TVET programmes and institutions in accordance with the TVET Act, 2025. The role ensures that ICT training providers meet approved national standards in programme design, instructional delivery, staffing, and infrastructure to promote quality and relevance to the labour market, in accordance with the TVET Policy Implementation Standards, 2019.

The Senior Research Officer leads and coordinates research, innovation and policy analysis initiatives of the TVET Council to generate evidence, promote knowledge management, and support planning, innovation, policy advocacy and strategic decision-making. The position identifies emerging trends, challenges and opportunities within the TVET subsector, promotes innovative solutions to strengthen TVET regulation, coordination and promotion, and facilitates the generation and dissemination of research outputs to inform policy, planning and continuous improvement.
