Restless Development is a worldwide nonprofit organisation . They believe that young leaders have the capacity to improve the world when they work together. They are united by their goal of youth power and are separately registered and regulated in nine countries: India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Their youth-led activities are designed to address the issues that are most important to young people. In addition, They oversee the Youth Collective, an expanding global network of more than 4000 regional youth civil society organisations in 185 nations. Using the power shifting checklist, we are dedicated to building an organisation that, both internally and externally, practices what it preaches about power shifting.

Although They are aware that youth possess the ability to address the problems facing our society, they are nevertheless disregarded and undervalued. They are the organisation that works with youth to enable them to take the initiative in resolving those issues. They began doing business in Uganda in 1997. They have a history of producing programmes that have an impact. They respond to the world around us and work on the topics that young people care about most. The protection and care of children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults is viewed by Restless Development as an organisational imperative that takes precedence over the accomplishment of strategic goals or programme success. Since everyone has a responsibility to maintain the safety of the communities in which they operate, we expect all of our staff members, young leaders, and partners to uphold our safeguarding policy and prevent harm to the communities.

1 . Job title: Programme Coordinator

A leader that is self-assured, values-driven, and passionate about young and positive youth development is what we are searching for. Strong management abilities will be had by the coordinator, who will be able to strike a balance between the strategic goal and operational delivery.

In order to guarantee that goals are fulfilled, funds are used wisely, and outcomes are obtained, the programme coordinator will oversee the effective execution of both programmes in Uganda. To ensure cross-learning, cooperative advocacy, and coherence in the delivery process, she/he will also interact with personnel in other programme countries.

She/he will be in charge of both projects' daily execution and reporting from their base in Uganda. She or he will be in charge of monitoring the implementation plan to make sure that the necessary results and outputs are achieved. When assistance is needed, he or she will take the lead and work with the other members of the technical team. Additionally, risk mitigation and management will fall under her/his purview.
