This is a unique chance to oversee and drive an accelerator program designed to support visionary African entrepreneurs and build global, sustainable businesses.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel for Demo Day and events)

Key Responsibilities

As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Innovest Ignite Accelerator program. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
  • Ensure seamless deployment and management of the LMS platform.
  • Upload program content, manage user access, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Gather feedback, track engagement, and continuously improve LMS functionality.
• Program Planning & Execution:
  • Work with leadership to develop and execute detailed program plans.
  • Manage event scheduling, operations, and Demo Day planning.
  • Ensure alignment with the Innovest Ignite curriculum and objectives.
• Operations & Reporting:
  • Collect program data and produce insightful reports for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain program tools, resources, and databases for operational efficiency.
• Founder Support:
  • Act as the primary contact for founders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Organize workshops, mentorship sessions, and community-building activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, and partners.
  • Match founders with the right mentors and represent Innovest Afrika at key ecosystem events.
• Strategic Contributions:
  • Provide insights to refine the Innovest Ignite Accelerator strategy.
  • Support collaborative projects within Innovest Afrika’s broader mission.
