1.Position Title: ICASS Quality Control/Make-Ready Coordinator
The ICASS Quality Control/Make-Ready Coordinator post is open to eligible and qualified candidates, according to the U.S. Mission in Uganda.
This role has a full-time, 40-hour workweek schedule.
Start date: The candidate's candidature may terminate if they are unable to start working within a reasonable amount of time after receiving agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications.
Responsibilities: The individual holds direct accountability to the General Services Officer overseeing Housing. In addition to ensuring that ICASS sections adhere to standards when providing ICASS services to clients, the role supports the International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) operations and provides the Management Officer with advice on special projects and areas of focus that are necessary to enhance service delivery. In their capacity as the ICASS Residential Make-Ready Coordinator, they make sure that all ICASS sections work together to prepare dwellings for the occupants of newly hired personnel.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and writing abilities in English are necessary. Expertise in customer-focused management is required, along with strong judgement and innovative problem-solving skills in handling situations of various volumes, scopes, and complexity. The capacity to maintain composure and professionalism at all times. It is necessary to have the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the ability to manage numerous, frequently urgent duties in a range of specialised fields. You must have Level 1 typing. It is necessary to have proficiency with ILMS, myServices, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). should have a driver's licence that is currently valid. A Secret security clearance must be attainable.

For the post of warehouse worker, the U.S. Mission in Uganda is accepting applications from qualified and eligible candidates.
For this role, the work schedule is:
Working 40 hours a week full time
Start date: The candidate's candidature may expire if they are unable to start working within a reasonable amount of time (four weeks) after receiving agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The capacity to load and unload objects physically. Needs to be able to move big things with ease and effectiveness. According to OSHA regulations, you must be able to lift a maximum of 51 pounds (23 kg).
the capacity to properly operate machinery like forklifts, hand trolleys, electronic lifters, etc. and use warehouse tools.
Must be able to carry out assigned tasks in all weather situations, including occasionally intense cold, intense heat, rainy or dry weather, and strong winds.
Has to be in possession of a current, valid licence for (insert relevant level based on the kind of vehicle used). Must be able to drive a manual vehicle and have held a valid driver's licence for at least five (5) years.
