Applications are open for individuals to join the EmPower Academy 2025 intake, offering a unique platform for young leaders across the Asia–Pacific region who are working at the intersection of gender equality, climate action, and digital innovation.
This learning initiative is designed to help emerging activists strengthen the skills needed to navigate and influence a rapidly changing world, while contributing to a just and inclusive green transition.
About the Programme
The Academy provides a practical, hands-on curriculum that supports participants in developing a strong foundation in climate-related data, ethical AI use, community-focused innovation, and green entrepreneurship. Through expert-led sessions, peer learning, and guided practice, participants explore how data and technology can be used responsibly to support gender justice and climate resilience.
The programme brings together a diverse cohort of young changemakers, creating space for real collaboration, shared problem-solving, and the development of initiatives that can influence local and regional policies.
What Participants Will Learn
The curriculum covers a range of themes, including:
