The Ukusimama Foundation has opened applications for the Women in Energy & Sustainability Mentorship Programme 2026, an initiative designed to support and empower emerging women leaders across Africa’s energy, climate, water, and sustainability sectors.

The programme aims to strengthen women’s participation in sustainable development by providing mentorship, professional guidance, and leadership development opportunities within the clean energy and sustainability ecosystem.

Selected participants will benefit from one-on-one mentorship with experienced industry professionals, opportunities to expand their professional networks, and insights into evolving trends and career pathways in energy and sustainability. The programme also focuses on enhancing leadership skills and building the capacity of women to drive impactful solutions across environmental and energy-related fields.

Women passionate about advancing sustainable solutions and contributing to Africa’s energy transition are encouraged to apply.
