PAID FELLOWSHIP: Apply for this 2024 Resilience Residential for young young climate activists based in Europe!

The Resilience Residential is happening again for the third time! It's a program for young Europeans aged 18-25 who want to make a difference. You'll get the chance to learn and grow alongside others who are passionate about creating positive change.

During the program, you'll receive training in person and online. You'll learn how to lead a 10-week Resilience Circle for other young people across Europe. Plus, you'll be matched with a mentor who will support you for nine months, helping you develop your skills and reach your goals.

In July, you'll advertise and recruit participants for your online Resilience Circle. Then, from July 25th to 29th, you'll attend a five-day nature retreat in Kent, United Kingdom. Here, you'll receive training on leading the Resilience Circle program, which you'll run on Zoom.

From July to September, you'll take part in free trainings to become certified Mental Health First Aid Trainers and compassionate facilitators. Then, from September to December, your Resilience Circle will meet weekly for 10 weeks. You'll learn tools for resilience, share collective joy, and build a supportive community.

Feeling excited? You should be! Let's see if you're a good match for the program:
If you're passionate about climate justice and aged between 18 and 25, you're off to a great start. Being a good listener and showing compassionate leadership are key qualities we're looking for. Ready to have open conversations about the climate crisis and help reduce stress and burnout in environmental activism? Want to play a part in strengthening the youth climate movement? Fluent in English and based in the UK or Europe? Lastly, are you ready to commit to a 9-month journey of personal and professional development? If you answered yes to these questions, you might be just who we're looking for!
